What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do have a physical store and we do offer free shipping, so you can try our products risk-free.

If you are not completely satisfied with a 4U purchase for any valid reason, 4U welcomes you to return new unused products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases.

Search for Products
Know exactly what you want? Use our comprehensive Search box of our site to find the exact product you need, or browse through the results that fit your criteria. You can enter a product number or even a partial description of the product. You can be as broad as "ABS Sensor For BMW" or as specific as "ABS Speed Sensor for BMW 1 Series 1.5 "
Product Information
After you have found the perfect product, you can read the benefits and usage tips on each product detail page. The information is located beneath the product details. All the available colors, formulations, and sizes are listed below the Item Details.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
4U carries thousands of products. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis depending on the particular item. All Out of Items have an "Notify me when when available" feature that notifies when the product is back. If the product says, "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.

2. 4U Rewards Services

What is the 4U Loyalty Program?
The Program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem those points for rewards ("Rewards").
How do I earn Insider points?
For every GBP Β£1 you spend, you receive 5 points when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your Reward account. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.
Where can I go to find all of my Rewards account information?
Your Reward page is your destination for everything Point related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and gifts and learn about your Points Insider benefits. To access this page, simply log in to your account and click on the bettom on left at the below location.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Order status & history

Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online at 4ucarparts.com in your account. Click on Track Order at the top of the page to see your Recent Orders. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track, and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Please estimate 1 - 3 business days from the time your order has shipped.
Order Statuses:
Order Submitted - "Paid" Once you have placed your order on our website and your credit card has been authorised, your order status will appear as "Paid."
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." on Weekends. However, we dispatch all items that has been ordered before 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, the order status will appear as "Fulfilled."
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.

Delivery Policy
4U Car Parts Ltd is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
When do you dispatch my order?
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out on the same day of purchase between our working hours. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. Please place your order as follows:

What if my Address is incorrect?
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We try our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

We generally can’t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout. However,If we have not sent the item yet, the best thing to do is either request a cancellation or provide us with the correct address to send the item to.

On the other hand, if the item has already been dispatched, and you later on realise the delivery address was incorrect, you are responsible to collect the item from the provided address.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Due to courier circumstances beyond our control, shipments can occasionally be delayed by a few days. Please give the delivery process more time in transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please inform us about it. We will try our best either to provide you a full refund or send out a replacement.
My order has been stolen or Lost ?
4U Car Parts Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your order was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities or inform the courier about it.
Special Delivery (Next-Day)
The Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service is available for selection by the buyer at the checkout page. Please note that the associated fee is paid directly to Royal Mail and is non-refundable.
What shipping company do you use?
UK Orders:

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked for most of our parcels which is %95 Next-Day service as our Free standard service. However, we also offer a paid Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm to guarantee next-day upon the customer's request.

International Orders:

Please get in touch with us to get a quotation on the shipping cost before placing an order. We will try our best to get you the best, cheapest & more suitable service.
